Nancy Jane (Temple) Moore

Spring Hill, FL - Nancy J. Moore, 90, formerly of Barnesville, passed away May 17, 2021 at home, under the care of her beloved niece Joyce (Moore) McCray and Kelly McCray. Nancy was born on September 26, 1930 in Washington County Pennsylvania to the late Alphies Edgar Temple and Elsie Loretta (Seaman) Temple.

Nancy was a member of First United Methodist Church of Barnesville. She was a member of The Belmont Hills Country Club. Nancy served as the curator, for the Belmont County Victorian Mansion Museum for many years. Nancy retired from AT&T after 35 years of service, where she worked as a Telephone Operator and Clerical Clerk.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her beloved husband Charles Moore, whom she married in 1959, one brother Ashley Edgar Temple.

Nancy is survived by her brother George "Hank" Franklin Temple of Hendrysburg and many nieces and nephews.

There will be no services held; Nancy has donated her body, to The Cancer Research Foundation, in hope for a cure someday.
