Charles Walter Duvall, Jr., 82, of Belmont, Ohio died Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Wheeling Hospital.  He was born March 14, 1931 in Bannock, Ohio, son of the late Walter Duvall and Bertha Morland Duvall.
He was a 1950 graduate of Belmont High School.  A devoted Christian, he was a member of Belmont Church of Christ.  Charles was a member of Belmont Jefferson Beagle Club and retired from International Harvester in Shadyside, Ohio where he had worked as a crane operator.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Maxine Duvall Barbe; great-granddaughter, Grace Barbe; and brother, James William “Bill” Duvall.
Charles is survived by his wife of 64 years, Kathleen Mae Gregg Duvall of Belmont, Ohio; son, Charles (Debbie) Duvall of Statesboro, Georgia; grandchildren, Garry (Lynn) Barbe of Belmont, Ohio, Jared Duvall of Statesboro, Georgia, Renee (Brent) Oglesby of Springfield, Georgia; great-grandchildren, Mary, Chad, Breanna, Nathan, Mason, Evan, and Colton; sister, Doris Ortt of Niagara Falls.
A private service will be conducted Tuesday.  Interment will be in Belmont Cemetery.
