We are all going through some trying times right now and while we all want to do our part and practice social distancing and stay in our homes, it can be hard to stay busy. In light of this, I thought that I would share my top pick of the books I have read in the past few weeks of quarantine. This month’s book is called All the Bright Places written by Jennifer Niven. It is a YA fiction novel that follows two very different teenagers who are learning to handle their grief and move past their hard times. When the two are headed down a very dark path, they meet right at the edge. From that point on, they learn what their surroundings have to offer and give each other a reason to look forward. However, while one of their worlds seems to grow and become brighter, the other only gets smaller and darker. All the Bright Places is a truly intense and captivating novel and a perfect way to pass your free time. I hope you enjoy the novel and remember, though these times are tough, there is a light at the end of the tunnel and you are not alone.
