People around the world celebrate Valentine’s Day in many different ways. Let’s take a trip around the world to look at some of these traditions.

First stop: The United States - In the U.S., people celebrate by exchanging gifts with their significant other for the romantic holiday. Buckle your seat belts!

Next stop: The United Kingdom - Beep, Beep, coming in hot! In the U.K., it is common for people to send anonymous love letters to their romantic interests. During the Victorian Era, it was believed that signing your name was bad luck. They also started the tradition of giving out roses on Valentine’s Day.

Last stop: Japan- In Japan, the women make the first move (I know bold, right?)

The ladies give the men homemade chocolate, and on March 14th, the men give the ladies chocolate.

Please keep your hands and feet inside the vehicle until it comes to a complete stop! Thank you for traveling with us; see you again next year!
