WHEELING, W.Va. — Justin Moore will headline Saturday night at the second annual Blame My Roots Festival.
Also announced for the event were Jo Dee Messina, The Kentucky Headhunters, Garth Brooks’ daughter Allie Colleen, Waylon Jennings’ grandson Whey Jennings, and Black Stone Cherry.
Neal McCoy has already been announced as the headliner for Friday night at the event.
Blame My Roots Fest 2020 is slated for July 16-18, 2020, at Valley View Campground.
The one-day $99 ticket sale started Dec. 2
Moore is best known for "Small Town USA," "You Look Like I Need a Drink," and "If Heaven Wasn’t So Far Away."
Messina has turned out such hits as "Bring on the Rain," "Heads Carolina, Tails California," "Bye Bye," "Lesson on "Leavin," and "I’m Alright."
Colleen is Brooks’ youngest daughter.
