SENECAVILLE — Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe and Noble County Farm Bureaus are sponsoring Essentials in Farm Succession Planning Nov. 19. The seminar is part of the Ohio Farm Bureau Financial Essentials program, a series of workshops and online resources developed to help answer important financial questions.

Participants will hear experts from Nationwide, Farm Credit Mid-America and Wright & Moore Law Co, LPA to:

? Gain the tools necessary to ensure the farm and family are ready for the business transfer

? Build confidence to manage the interpersonal, emotional, legal and business aspects effectively

? Learn how to work effectively with advisors, CPAs and legal services

? Gain a framework to achieve the farm and families’ transition goals.

The workshop is set for Tuesday, Nov. 19 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Mid-East Career Center, Buffalo Campus 57090 Vocational Road, Senecaville. The cost is free to Farm Bureau members; $10 for non-Farm Bureau members. Registration includes a dinner.
