Main Street Barrel House, (MSBH) a new bistro and pub located at 137 E. Main St. in Barnesville, held its grand opening Sept. 23.

The new restaurant, owned and operated by Leah Pastva McClurg and Scott Whitacre, offers a appetizers, soups, salads, paninis, sandwiches, and a variety of spirits.

"We will offer a nice variety of wine, domestic and craft beer, as well as creative cocktails that will be fun and original," Whitacre said.

The bistro section is open Thursday through Monday for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The bar will remain open until 1 a.m.

"MSBH will also offer a wide variety of entertainment for all ages," McClurg said. "We are in the perfect location to embrace the neighboring businesses and residents of our community. The food and drink menu will be flavorful yet interesting." 

Whitacre and McClurg both expressed that they are "very excited to to bring this new business to our community and surrounding areas, and look forward to serving you in the near future."
