BETHESDA — The Epworth Park Cottage Owners Association, Inc., Bethesda, kicks off the 19th season of summer concerts of "Music in Epworth Park" on Memorial Day weekend May 25 at 7 p.m. with Jim and Onita who perform classic country.
Jim Davison, Diane Davison and Onita Franks Lowe form the trio. The group currently performs at the Walnut Creek Amish Flea Market and Tunnel Hill Community Center in Sugarcreek and the Jerry Run Park in West Virginia where they will perform on Aug. 24.
The concerts are held in the open-air covered Epworth Park Auditorium, Epworth Park, 215 N. Main St., Bethesda. The food stand at the park entrance opens at 6 p.m. Free admission and parking. The show goes on rain or shine. For questions, call 740 761-0078.
The 30th annual Epworth Chautauqua Homecoming and Bethesda Festival will take place on July 13 and July 14 with entertainment, craft exhibitors, white elephant sale, food stand, bake sale, youth fishing tournament, parade, car show as well as other events.
