Hop takes place on Easter Island in a factory where the World’s Easter candy is produced by bunnies. The main bunny, E.B., is about to get the factory passed down to him but he has no interest in taking over the family business. E.B. runs away to Los Angeles and tries to attain his dream of becoming a drummer.
Phaedra’s take: Growing up I always loved to watch Hop. E.B. was such an adorable and hilarious bunny to watch in the movie. It shows a great story of a bunny trying to become who he wants to be, a drummer. This movie is perfect for the younger age group and is great to watch with your family. I would give it a 4 out of 5 Shamrocks.
Jessie’s take: I really enjoyed this movie when I was a kid. It brings back memories of once Easter came around that you would see it on almost every movie station on T.V. It talks about how one bunny just wants to live his dream and not have to follow in the footsteps of everyone else telling him what to do. This movie is definitely a funny, family friendly movie that I would highly recommend to watch around Easter! I would give this movie a 4 out of 5 Shamrocks.
