With Valentine’s Day quickly approaching, I have a lovely little recipe that will make the perfect gift for your special someone! So grab your Valentine’s cards and let's get baking!!

4 ounces of cream cheese

8 T salted butter, at room temperature

¾ cup sugar

1 cup and 2 T all purpose flour

10 Oreo cookies, crushed

Red food coloring

Using a stand mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy, scraping down the sides of the bow as needed.

Add the sugar and beat well.

Add the flour in small bits at a time, beating on a low speed, until incorporated.

Add little drops of red food coloring until you get the pink color you desire.

Fold in crushed Oreos until they are evenly distributed.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours.

30 minutes prior to baking preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make cookie balls using a tablespoon. Once placed on the cookie sheet lightly press into each cookie, flattening them.

Place pan in oven and bake for 10-11 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.

Cool on a baking sheet for 10 full minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool fully.

Serve and enjoy!
