BELLAIRE — Belmont Savings Bank is proud to announce the addition of two new employees, Paul Spigarelli and James ("J.J.") Warman.

Spigarelli, a CPA and Kent State University alum, has been named Chief Financial Officer for the four-branch institution. Prior to joining the Belmont Savings Bank team, Spigarelli served as vice president and junior partner of a regional accounting firm, a controller for a large contracting company and chief financial officer for a regional distributor. He resides in Bellaire, OH, with his wife and daughter.

Warman joins the Belmont Savings Bank team as Vice President, Chief Credit Officer with a strong history of credit analysis, financial statement analysis, business lending, and consumer lending throughout various banking institutions in the Upper Ohio Valley Region. He is a graduate of West Virginia University and West Virginia School of Banking through Marshall University. Warman resides in Wheeling, WV, with his wife and daughter.
