Also, a written authorization from a parent/guardian to have a child receive WIC services is needed if a parent/guardian is not with a child at the time of recertification. Belmont County WIC is having open enrollment the months of November and December. WIC is a supplemental nutrition program that encourages breastfeeding and provides education to its clients.
