ST. CLAIRSVILLE – The Lady Panthers jumped out to a 49-31 halftime lead behind 14 points from Shadyside’s Kelsey Holloway and 10 markers from Monroe Central’s Alex Kuhn and withstood a furious second half rally by visiting Akron Wayne to pull away for an 87-71 triumph.  Holloway finished with a game high 27 points and 4 rebounds.  Kuhn added 22 points and 3 steals.  Shadyside’s Jaclyn Johnson scored 11 points and grabbed 6 boards.  Monroe Central’s Chelsie Roberts added 10 points and 5 rebounds.  Union Local’s Alexus Davis recorded a game-high 10 rebounds.  OUE improved to 5-0 on the season and hosted rival Ohio University Lancaster on Saturday the Health and Physical Education Center.
