Pumpkin Festival 5k Run/Walk Sept. 25 Ryman & Terrett Pharmacy presents the 30th edition of Pumpkin Festival 5k Run/Walk on Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010 at 8:30 p.m. This event, is now under new management! There is a new course (rolling hills) with a new Competitive Walk Division. Also this year: Domino's Pizza, Hollie's Cookie Hut cookies, and other light refreshments will be offered to all participants. The coveted, beautiful, ceramic-fired pumpkin trophies will be awarded to the Top 10 Male & Top 10 Females in the Walk and the Top 3 Males & Top 3 Females as well as the Top 2 in Age Groups in the Run. Registration begins at 7 a.m. at the historical Watt Center near the Train Depot. One-hundred and 25 shirts will be ordered. Sizes will be guaranteed only to the pre-registered.
