Hobart Lee Reynolds, 89, of Barnesville passed away Friday, March 31, 2017 at Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab. Lee was born in Hendrysburg, Ohio on July 15, 1927 to the late Robert M. and Ruth (Bond) Reynolds.

Lee was a member of the East Main Street Church of Christ and a 1945 graduate of Barnesville High School. Lee was a retired from Southern Ohio Coal. He was a member of Friendship Lodge 89 F&AM and the Belmont Better Fishing and Hunting Club.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ted Reynolds.

Lee is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Patsy (Jones) Reynolds; three children: Barbara (Keith) Wells of Barnesville, Mary (Mark) Chema of Zanesville and Sam (Eula) Reynolds of Knoxville, TN; seven grandchildren: Lei Ann Wells, Penny (Matt) Powell, Sam (Stacey) Wells, Bill (Erin) Holloway, Lee (Darcey) Reynolds, Matt (Laura) Reynolds and Mitch (Sara) Reynolds; 11 great-grandchildren; two sisters: Jean (Don) Trieber and Martha (Kenny) Roth; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 3, 2017 at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, OH. A Masonic Service was held on Monday. The service was held on Tuesday, April 4 with Ev. Gale Yoho officiating. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery in Hendrysburg, Ohio. Graveside services were conducted by the Belmont County Veteran's Council.
