Eileen V. Fulton, 96, of Belmont, Ohio died Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab.  She was born November 11, 1916 in Centerville, Ohio, daughter of the late Brooks F. Dixon and Verna A. Jackson Dixon.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Belmont.  A devoted homemaker, Eileen was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  She enjoyed many hobbies, but her most favorite – shopping.  She was “born to shop.”
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles S. Fulton and granddaughters, Debbie Greenlee and Michelle Fulton.
Eileen is survived by her daughters, Charleen (George) Thatcher of Belmont, Ohio, Sue (Dan) Greenlee of Malaga, Ohio; sons, Robert (Daisy) Fulton of Belmont, Ohio, Charles (Pat) Fulton of Norfolk, Virginia, Jerry (Carol) Fulton of Centerville, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and her special pet, Dolly.
Visitation was Friday, August 16 at Kelly Kemp Braido & Patron Funeral Home, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio where the service was conducted, Saturday, August 17.  Interment followed at Belmont Cemetery, Belmont, Ohio.
