James C. Denham, 95, of Belmont, Ohio, died Sunday December 2, 2012 at Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab. He was born January 27, 1917 in Belmont County, Ohio, son of the late Clinton Denham and Lula Huff Denham.
James was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church. He had retired from Central Survey where he worked as a surveyor. James enjoyed traveling.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn V. Denham; sister, Margaret Denham; brother, Ross Denham; and son-in-law, Tom Lucas.
James is survived by his daughter, Shirley Lucas of Bethesda, Ohio; sons, Bud (Randi) Denham of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, David (Sherrie) Denham of San Antonio, Texas, and Jim (Belinda) Denham of Belmont, Ohio; 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitaton was Thursday December 6 at Kelly Kemp Braido & Patron Funeral Home, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio. Services were held Friday December 7. Interment followed at Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda, Ohio.
