Ann M. Boyd

Ann M. Boyd, wife of late Harry W. Boyd, died peacefully Monday, January 23, 2012 in her home in Barnesville, Ohio. After the death of her husband, she was taken care of by her son and daughter-in-law. Ann lived in Brunswick most of her life, but also lived in Chatham, Cleveland and was born in West Virginia. Ann was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2007.

Ann is survived by her son, Harry, his wife, Holly and their three children, Elisha Gregory-Boyd, Raegan Boyd and Remmy Boyd. Through Elisha, Ann also two grandchildren, Kirra and Taylor. Ann is also survived by her granddaughter, Candice Chrizt. Ann has a daughter, Donna (Boyd) Longbottom, married to Gary Longbottom. Donna has three children; Patrick Boyd, Desiree Boyd and Misty Boyd. Also are four grandchildren, Kylie and Emma Grace Boyd, Brianna and Brooke Boyd. Ann is also survived by another son, Timothy Beckner who lives in West Virginia, along with her brothers, Tom and James and her sister/best friend, Faye Massey.

Visitation will be held where her late husband Harry’s were also held. Her service will be on Friday, January 27, 2012 from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m. at John F. Brownfield Funeral Home in Smithfield, Pa. Flowers can be sent to 78 Main St., Smithfield, PA 15478. The contact for the funeral home is 724-569-9541.
