Where is your Economic Stimulus?April 20, 2009
On the TV Network News, it was stated that banks are starting to pay back their bail out money and some of the larger corporation are looking at different pay back methods including bankruptcy. Cities and Counties have lined up with their plans for all sorts of things from this federal money. But where is the money for the average Joe or Wilma? I do know that people on Social Security will get a one time payment of $250, this can be verified on the Social Security website. So when are these billions and trillion of dollars going to trickle down to the person that goes to work every day and pays their bills, mortgages, taxes, etc? So far, the only change I have seen is simple; it is getting worse for the average person. Jerry Smith, PhD. Comments
