"I was very proud overall of our group of swimmers," said coach Bobbi Jo Johnson. "I realize that we practice probably less than any other team in the OVAC, however, all the kids stepped up and have worked very hard over the past few practices we have been able to have. "Yevincy and Baker are very determined young men. They both travel daily to get into the water and I think everyone on the team was thrilled for this success. Once again, our parents were vocal and loud. It was obvious when you were on the deck." The Shamrock swimmers traveled to Moundsville to swim against John Marshall on Tuesday and on Feb. 13, they will return to Steubenville to swim in the Ohio High School Sectional. Comments
