The Laurel and Hardy of the advertising world Brian and Peter Riesbeck will be dropping their spatulas and picking up scissors Sept. 27 when they cut the ribbon to open the 55th annual Barnesville Pumpkin Festival.

The Riesbeck grocery store chain has been a strong supporter of the Pumpkin Festival for many years. The festival committee felt it was only appropriate to offer the honored (ribbon cutting) position to these grocery store icons.

The dynamic duo of promoting produce, (they're cousins not brothers) appear on television virtually every evening, cooking up appetites with a dash of deals and pinch of playfulness.
