4:29 p.m., Traffic stop on Pine Lane.
5:50 p.m., Interpreter called for client regarding another female being at her home. An order is in place stating the female is not to be within 500 feet of the client. Female is now gone, but client will call if she returns.
10:49 p.m., Fight in front of the Blue Moon. EMS needed. Disorderly citation issued to one male.
Sunday, June 10
8:36 a.m., Investigated complaint on S. Lincoln Ave. Female advises that a male known to her broke into her house and took her friend’s car keys. He is refusing to leave and she wants him removed. Male entered residence by pushing out the air-conditioner. He left with car keys before officer’s arrival. Keys were found in house. Unable to locate male.
9:27 a.m., At Sleepy Hollow Dr. for an injured deer in yard. Deer was put down.
10:02 a.m., 911 advised Belmont County Sheriff Officer is with suspect from earlier call and a female. Female state she reported stolen car last night. Male said he let another person use the vehicle but didn’t know where it went. Belmont County Sheriff Officer taking male to jail on burglary charges.
Monday, June 11
12:45 p.m., Male called to report female was cussing him from her residence.
12:51 p.m., Male at station because he was denied child visitation.
1:01 p.m., Female from earlier complaint called. She was put on hold and hung up. Male then called and said she was at his residence causing problems.
1:03 p.m., At Wiley Ave. again. Female was advised to stay off male’s property and to cease contact. If called back to residence she’ll be cited for disorderly conduct.
2:03 p.m., Barnesville Water Department called about a cat up inside a vehicle in their parking lot. Person is attempting to call businesses to track down female.
2:55 p.m., Male at station trying to get refund from local hardware. They are refusing to refund money from a purchase. Advised him it is a civil process and to go to civil court to open a case.
3:04 p.m., Beagle loose in W. Main St. area. No collar or tags. Older black beagle.
3:28 p.m., Neighbor trouble on Wiley Ave. Male caller states next door neighbor causing issues with him. She was over there cussing him again.
Tuesday, June 12
3:40 p.m., Investigated complaint on S. Chestnut St. Male wearing tan clothing was laying on sidewalk. Appears to be shaking. Located male near the entrance of Do It Best parking lot behind Domino’s. Caller wanted to remain anonymous. Male was just sitting, doing some thinking. He is walking to his mother’s house.
3:44 p.m., Investigated complaint on S. Chestnut St. Employee of Family Dollar stated they had a customer cause property damage to bathroom and wants to file report. Note: Family Dollar incident is the same guy just dealt with previously.
Wednesday, June 13
11:08 a.m., Investigated complaint on Bond Ave. Certified Gas employee states crew cutting their grass found a needle. Requested officer to pick up needle and properly dispose.
12:30 p.m., Ferrell Gas called stating they will be burning tanks off.
1:08 p.m., Alarm drop on N. Chestnut St. Alarm drop alarm is now off. Everything fine.
4:02 p.m., Campsite found. Nothing inside.
6:50 p.m., Traffic stop. Consent to search. Paraphernalia seized. Transporting one female to station in reference to Mayor’s court warrant.
10:16 p.m., Officers with male with warrant out of Monroe County Sheriff’s Office for child neglect/support. Monroe County confirmed warrant and will come to pick up male at our station.
11:45 p.m., Traffic stop on South St.
11:53 p.m., Traffic stop at Dairy Queen lot.
Thursday, June 14
2:30 p.m., Male caller reports female driving black Nissan Titan through town. States her license has been suspended for 90 years.
2:48 p.m., Traffic stop on E. Main St. Citation issued for Driving Under Suspension. Vehicle being left in parking space in front of WesBanco until someone can pick it up.
4:21 p.m., Accident with property damage on E. Main St. Crash in front of Dollar General. No known injuries.
