Wildlife controversy meeting set
Is your wildlife encounter good or bad? This workshop will discuss options of deterring backyard wildlife if they are a nuisance to you. Or do you enjoy wildlife and want to view them more? A wildlife controversy meeting is set for June 20 from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at the Barnesville Library Annex, 611 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville. The guest speaker, Marne Titchenell, OSU Extension Wildlife Program Specialist, will be speaking on dealing with nuisance wildlife but if you’re on the other spectrum, she will also be speaking on how to attract and enhance your backyard or forest. Our other guest speaker, John Morton, ODNR Division of Wildlife Private Lands Biologist, will be speaking on designing food plots for your needs. To register or for more information, contact Liza Butler, Belmont SWCD Wildlife/Forestry Specialist, at 740-526-0027 or email@example.com.
