The Belmont County Victorian Mansion Museum at 532 N. Chestnut St. opens for the season this month. The Museum is owned and operated by the Belmont County Historical Society (BCHS).
Regular hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. The tour fee is $5 for adults and $2 for youth ages 6 to 18.
In addition to the period rooms, presently on display are Lucite Purses.
May is also Student Month. School groups are invited to tour the museum at a reduced fee of $1 each. "Let us turn back to 1893 for your students as we see what life was like 125 years ago!"
