Allison R. Milhoan, 88, of Bethesda, died Sunday, April 29, 2018, at Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab. He was born March 20, 1930, in Bethesda, son of the late Sanford and Bertha (Harris) Milhoan.
A loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather, her was a retired member of the Bethesda Fire Department after 35 years of service and was also retired from Asplundh Tree Service.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Virginia (Lashley) Milhoan; son, Richard Milhoan; grandsons, Matthew Eddy and Justin Hunt; brothers, Earl Milhoan and twin, Arthur Milhoan.
Allison will be sadly missed and is survived by his daughters, Linda Eddy and Karen (Neil) Hunt; grandchildren, Chris (Sonya), Al (Angela), Amber (David), Michele, Michael, Tracee, Shiree, Cyndi; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at the Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 322 N. Main St,, Bethesda. Minister Tim Snyder officiated. Interment followed at Holly Memorial Gardens.
