Brownie Troop 51008 are a group of 13 busy third graders.

In the Fall, the girls donated and created items to make hygiene kits for hurricane victims. They also held a paper product drive as a donation for use of the First United Methodist Church for our meetings. In addition, the girls were very active in the fall product sale. Top sellers were Ryleigh Hornbeck and Amya Kempeny.

Over the holidays, the girls made "Thankful Jars" where we concentrated on our many blessings. They then made Christmas cards and distributed them to the residents of Emerald Point while visiting and Christmas caroling with them. Just recently, they collected children’s books to send with a mission team to Uganda for Building for Christ. We of course participated in the girl scout cookie sale with top sales going to Aylah Strauss and Kamryn Neiswonger. They are looking forward to celebrating Girl Scout Week and an upcoming spring outing.

Troop leaders are Brandi Little and Adrienne Burkhart.
