The Barnesville Farmer's market will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 from 8 a.m. unti noon in the "John Schradel pavilion at the Barnesville Depot. Anyone interested in joining them as a vendor may call Jane at 740-484-1519. Those selling veggies, produce, baked goods, crafts, etc., are welcome..

This Saturday there will be some veggies and produce, such as beets, tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, cantaloupe, cabbage, peppers, and more. There will also be homemade jams and jellies, homemade fudge and candy, and homegrown brown eggs, some nice looking wooden crafts, and possibly some baked goods. Crafts this week will include ceramics, wreaths, crocheted afghans, crocheted t-towels, hand-sewn craft items and other crafts.

On this particular Saturday, Mr. Dick Quinlin will be there talk to people about Concealed Carry from 8:30 - 11 a.m. or 11:30 a.m.,
