BELMONT COUNTY -- Work began last week to repair a landslide along State Route 647 north of County Road 4.

Two-way traffic will be maintained in one lane with temporary traffic signals.

ODOT's contractor for this project, estimated to cost $245,000, is Ohio-West Virginia Excavating Co., from Shadyside, Ohio.

Officials expect work to be completed by early October.
