BARNESVILLE — The two men shot outside a Franklin Street home during an altercation with a Barnesville resident a week ago were brothers who reside in Cambridge.

That is when the two brothers reportedly decided to return to the Barnesville man’s home to for a second altercation.
Authorities said one of the brothers was armed with a firearm.
It was then gunshots were fired, striking the original combatant in the leg and his brother in the chest.
He declined to speculate what charges could be filed at the conclusion of the investigation.
