To help promote Belmont County 4-H Week, public service announcements were recently recorded to play on local radio stations by Dorothy Corbett, 13-year 4-H member, Becca Theaker, six-year 4-H member, Sherri Theaker, six-year 4-H volunteer, Jane Keyser, 4-H Extension Educator and County Director, OSU Extension, and Michelle Fehr, 4-H Program Coordinator, OSU Extension.
The 4-H public service announcements will play February 12 -18 on 100.5 JACKFM, KOOL 105.5 and BIGGIE 96.5, according to Scott Miller, Market Manager and Jason Pettit, Promotions Director. Production Director, Aaron Bryan, assisted the 4-H members, volunteer and staff in recording five different announcements to be played throughout the week. The collaboration between 100.5 JACKFM, KOOL 105.5 and BIGGIE 96.5 provided a unique experience to the 4-H members that they will not soon forget.
