Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Taylor
Gerald K. "Zack" and Beverly A Taylor of Quaker City, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, Jan. 3.
Gerald is the son of the late William "Bill" and Edith (Decker) Taylor. Beverly is the daughter of the late Kenneth "Blub" and the late Juanita (Brown) Hannahs. Beverly is a homemaker and Gerald retired from B & N Coal Co. in 2002 after working in the coal industry for 32 years. The couple are the parents of: Trina Braido, Barnesville, Lori Cochran, Zanesville, Tammy House (late Jeff House), Johnny (Peggy) Taylor, and Crystal (David) Vargo of Quaker City. They have 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A surprise party was held Saturday, Jan. 3 at the First Christian Church in Barnesville with family and friends, given by their children and grandchildren.
