I listened to the business consultants from ACEnet, they said that if they couldn't Google a companies name, then those companies really don't exist in todays world.
My home has been here for about 5 years and I realize that not every one is computer savy, along with people who just don't want a computer. But the Internet does so many wonderful things for people. I can shop online, anyone can find just about anything. How many people know that Walmart sells Caskets?
Recently I emailed the Barnesville Chamber of Comerce about why I should shop in Barnesville and also the Belmont County Department of Economic Develop on why I should shop in Belmont County. I did not get a reply from either.
I don't want to rag on the local businesses, we have some good companies in the area, but we also have good companies in other areas, such a The Highlands and in Cambridge.
So can anyone post why my family should shop in Barnesville and Belmont County?
