Hunter Safety Training

Published:

Katie and I recently took the Hunter Safety course held at the Bethesda Farnmers and Sportsmen Club. I have been an advid hunter for many years, where Katie has never hunted before.

So we took the course together, it was very informative. For me it was a refresher and a update of the state laws. For Katie, it showed her the importance of hunting and that the sportsmen pay for the wildlife programs.

We had an enjoyable time taking this course, met more people in the community and did have a wonderful lunch that was provided by the club.

Katie got a 97% on her test and I received a 98%.

We both wish to thank the Bethesda Farmers and Sportmen Club and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources for having this community event.
