In this day and age, it is strange to find people who do not have liability insurance or even better coverage on their property.
Just one incident, every thing you own could be gone in a court judgment, because of no insurance.
I am not an insurance agent or work for any insurance company, but have been a home owner, a business owner and had other property.
If some one falls on your property, you can be taken to court and there are many other good examples.
As with the way things go, you could win in court, but the cost of doing so could bankrupt you.
Having no property insurance should not be an option these days it is be something that every person should have.
